Make crafting cape (t) count as brown apron

What has been done in this MR?

• The master craftsman now also allows you to enter the crafting guild with a crafting cape (t), rather than only with the untrimmed variant.

What should testers check?

• That brown apron, crafting cape, and crafting cape (t) now all grant you entry

• I have tested these changes thoroughly.

• I used the relevant Zaros tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes.
