What has been done in this MR?

Players are now rescued out of the unimplemented high-level Bounty Hunter crater if they got themselves stuck in there (e.g. to unlock the Bounty Hunter Level 3 music track). Closes #1936

What should testers check?

that it works. You need an alt to be let in.

I have tested these changes thoroughly.
I used the relevant Zaros tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes.
