Allow construction to be used to fix the ladder to the wilderness beacon
What has been done in this MR?
- Closes #1393
What should testers check?
- Make sure you can still repair the ladders at all of the beacons (Death Plateau, Burthorpe, GWD, Wildy Temple)
- Check that you need 70 smithing now to repair the Wildy beacon with 2 iron bars (2351)
- Check that you need 59 construction to repair the Wildy beacon with 2 planks (960) and 4 nails (any type)
- Check you can use any nails to repair using planks (Wildy or Death Plateau)
- Check that at the Wildy if you are too low in one skill you can still use the other (ie 69 smithing 59 con and using planks)
- Check that you cannot repair at the Wildy if have the wrong items vs skill (ie planks 70 smithing but 58 con)
- Make sure you cannot repair anything until you have completed all fired up
