Added frogspawn and cave eels to fishing spots in Lumbridge Swamp Cave

What has been done in this MR?

  • Net and bait fishing spots in Lumbridge Swamp Caves have been adjusted (fixes #1902 (closed))

What should testers check?

  • Net fishing in Lumbridge Swamp Cave should yield frogspawn (33 fishing req)
  • Bait fishing in Lumbridge Swamp Cave should yield slimy eels (28 fishing req) and cave eels (38 fishing req)
  • Bait fishing in Lumbridge Swamp Cave should no longer yield frogspawn

  • I have tested these changes thoroughly.

  • I used the relevant Zaros tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes.
