What has been done in this MR?

Converted Lumbridge swamp hole plugin to listener
Player no longer jumps to north side of swamp hole when entering from direction other than north (see attached clips)

What should testers check?

Entering Lumbridge swamp hole from any direction should animate correctly
Attaching rope to Lumbridge swamp hole should work as before
Climbing out of Lumbridge swamp hole should work as before
Reading signpost at entrance of Lumbridge swamp hole should work as before
Taking tools from tool shed in Lumbridge swamp should work as before

I have tested these changes thoroughly.
I used the relevant Zaros tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes.
