Correct borders for Zanaris music

What has been done in this MR?

  • Fix ::loc copying errors I apparently made when I corrected the Zanaris music borders previously. I've confirmed that the new borders are correct and are also perfectly region-aligned, thanks to ::drawregions (would recommend!). Fixes #1810 (closed)
  • Manually reformat the JSON file to look a bit more like the kind of output that Zaros gives. Should Zaros ever obtain music capabilities (which would be fantastic, since it offers EXCELLENT region navigation and most music pieces are region-aligned anyway), this might be a good thing. (And even if not, uniformity among our JSON files seems a good thing in general.)

What should testers check?

  • Borders for Crystal Cave and Faerie in Zanaris are correct, and are region-boundary-aligned.
  • #1810 (closed) is fixed

  • I have tested these changes thoroughly.

  • I used the relevant Thanos/Zaros tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes.
