Issues fixed & some examine texts

What has been done in this MR?

• Fixed issue #1804;
• Fixed issue #1783;
• Fixed issue #1786;
• Fixed issue #1788;
• Added examine text to bones;
• Edited examine text of Elder Guard;
• Added examine text to Padulah;
• Changed examine text of various monkey archers;
• Changed examine text of a green lizard;
• Added baby squirrel to npc_configs;
• Small dialogue changes within the slayer master dialogue and the ghost disciple dialogue. I don't have any proof of Turael talking about woodcutting instead of wooducutting, the proof of the ghost disciple is from 2020. Though the wording seems odd in general, else.

What should testers check?

• Whether the explanation within the issues are fixed;
• Examine text of Padulah, monkey archers, green lizard and baby squirrel;
• Dialogue with Turael;
• Dialogue with the ghost disciple;
• Whether the examine texts display correct.

• I have tested these changes thoroughly.

• I used the relevant Thanos/Zaros tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes. Used Visual Studio Code for JSON related changes. Can't get the Zaros tool to work properly, hence I'm using VSC instead.
