Added missing Master Crafter dialogue

What has been done in this MR?

  • Added the "That's fine." dialogue that was missing for the Master Crafter. Closes #1802 (closed)

What should testers check?

  • The player says "That's fine." when talking to the Master Crafter and choosing that option when they
    • Don't have 99k gp
    • Don't have 2 free inventory spaces
    • Meet all requirements requirements and buy the cape
  • I have tested these changes thoroughly.
  • I used the relevant Thanos/Zaros tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes.
