What has been done in this MR?

Fixed the organ animation in Lumbridge.
Fixes #1784 (closed)

What should testers check?

Play the organ in the church in Lumbridge. The organ animation should now be the correct one.

I have tested these changes thoroughly.
I used the relevant Thanos/Zaros tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes.
