Small misc bug cleanup

What has been done in this MR?

• Fix #1766 (closed) Nettle Tea wrong return item
• Fix #1729 (closed) Yak Hide Crafting Swapped amounts
• Fix #1731 Mining bot dropped ore ironman restrictions
• Fix #1671 Ardy teleport tab requirements
• Fix #1525 (closed) Alice's husband didn't require ghostspeak
• Fix #1549 (closed) Trawler stuck on boat bug
• Silence POH debug region info

What should testers check?

• Alice's husband requires ghostspeak ammy
• Ardy Teleport Tab requires Plague City
• Ironmen can't pick up Mining Bot Varrock South mine 'dropped' Tin
• Drinking Nettle Tea returns an empty bowl instead of an empty tea cup
• Yak-hide Legs require 1 cured hide and Body requires 2 cured hides
• Teleport to house debug region isn't shown to players without player.debug
• Try to re-create the Fishing Trawler stuck bug. Easier locally if you modify the game duration ect

• I used the relevant Thanos/Zaros tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes.
