Fixed fletching item id for blurite c'bow.

What has been done in this MR?

  • Changed when a Blurite limbs used on Oak Stock to produce Blurite c'bow (u) instead of Blurite c'bow.
  • Fixes #1756 (closed)

What should testers check?

  • Fletching Blurite c'bows

  • I have tested these changes thoroughly.

  • I used the relevant Thanos/Zaros tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes.
