return false on stacked items with zero amount

What has been done in this MR?

  • Returns false on stack items being added with zero amount.
  • fixes #1715

What should testers check?

  • Pretty much anything that gives an stackable item.

  • I have tested these changes thoroughly.

  • I used the relevant Thanos/Zaros tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes.
