What has been done in this MR?

Added Fairy queen dialogue;
Added movement to the cows;
Added a spawnpoint for Blaec;
Added examine texts.

What should testers check?

Functionality of Fairy queen dialogue - Do note that, as "Fairytale II - Cure a Queen" is not implemented, stage 3 cannot be tested;
That the cows are not running away;
Examine texts, nothing special really.

I have tested these changes thoroughly.
I used the relevant Thanos/Zaros tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes.
