What has been done in this MR?

  • Two minor NPCs above the Falador Smelting Room ::tele 2971 3370 1

What should testers check?

  • Nothing huge.
  • Two NPCs are there and has the full conversation.

  • I have tested these changes thoroughly.

  • I used the relevant Thanos/Zaros tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes.
