Do not lowercase the location name in shooting star crash message

Player Name requested to merge PlayerName/2009scape:karamja into master

What has been done in this MR?

  • The name of the location where the shooting star has dropped is now no longer lowercased, e.g. "Karamja" is not erroneously converted to "karamja". This addresses the following inconsistency:

What should testers check?

  • Just watch the stars drop and check that their locations' first characters are not lowercased when they shouldn't be
  • I have tested these changes thoroughly.
  • I used the relevant Thanos/Zaros tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes.
