Changed stats for cavebugs, fix issue #1442

What have you done in this MR?

  • Fixed confidential issue #1442 (Will not do confidential merge request this time).

Changed stats of cavebugs to match stats in OSRS wiki. Respawn times were not changed. Those can be changed, if they can be checked from relevant source from 2009.

Are there any tricky things testers should keep an eye out for?

However, this is my first MR, and first time using Thanos/Zaros tool.

  • I have tested these changes thoroughly.

I tested that lvl-96 cavebugs hit me with significant damage.

  • This requires extra testing due to changes to architecture or other similarly risky changes.

  • I used the Thanos Tool for any JSON edits where possible, and have attached screenshots of any changes.

  • I acknowledge that this contribution will be released under the AGPL license.
