Added ID 2418, bronze key, to the item_config.json;

Changed the stock of chef's hats to 0 and added the following items to the Fancy dress shop:

wizard hat - 579;

cape (yellow) - 1023;
-
priest gown - 428;
-
priest gown - 426;
-
black skirt - 1015;
-
blue skirt - 1011;
-
cape (red) - 1007.
