Cannot alch some items which should be alch-able due to tradability.

The following items are supposed to be able to be alched but not tradeable, they cannot be alched currently cause it's linked to their tradability settings.

• 3747 Sticky red goop
• 4052 Toolkit (CW item)
• 4048 Climbing rope (cw item)
• 4074 Damp (CW item)
• 3170-3176 + 4584 / 11381-11416 All Karambwan poison items ( spears and hastas )
• 7453-7462 All RFD gloves
• 11190-11194 digsite pendants
• 12856-12984 All FOG equipment (0 charges = tradable, rest is not)

There are more but these are the ones I have found so far.
