Tiara's on altar

Description of issue

Was making runecrafting tiaras, had excess tiaras when using on altar. After 4 nature tiaras were made, the excess tiaras continued to be used granting no experience or items and disappeared.

What should have happened

After talismans are used for the respective altar, no more tiaras are used to attempt to craft more.

Reproduction steps (if applicable)

Have more tiaras in inventory than talisman when crafting runecrafting tiaras.

EDIT: Some extra info, this is only the case when a tiara is used on the altar. No issues when a talisman is used instead.
