[Poll] Secondary Bank Account

This poll concerns the implementation of a secondary bank account, which can be unlocked for a one-time fee of 5M gp.

• Would function identically to a standard bank account
• Swapped to and from by speaking with a bank teller
• 5M fee paid once to unlock permanently
