MTA Telekinetic Theatre statue does not move in response to telegrab, making telekinetic points unobtainable

What I did: Telegrab the statue - while standing at the appropriate arena side - to get it to move out of its spot. (Note that the statue is visually duplicated, but that's a different issue - same result on both duplicates).

What I expected to happen: For the statue to move.

What actually happened: Nothing.
