Cannot move if Home Teleport is used while shaping a canoe

What I did:

-Chopped down a Canoe Station

-Started shaping a Dugout Canoe

What I expected to happen:

-teleport should interrupt and stop canoe shaping

What actually happened:

-Teleported to Lumbridge

-Unable to move until relog
