So you only want to change the 20% to 5% but after one year? I think that's too long to wait. We need to ensure the nodes are profitable or they'll want to leave the network but I would rather propose we start at a 5% or 10% payment rate, and then we revisit the payment rate every quarter (3 months), adjusting in intervals of +/-5%.
