A search for "rue charles" results in a list of streets.
It is difficult to tell if an address is complete or not currently.

We need either some sort of indication that an address is specific or for the API to only return complete addresses (and therefore we can ask the user for more information if there are no results)

Please - empty array or null instead of [{"address":"","idx":""}] if possible
