Are you using laboratory account for signing transaction?

Login and password should be from the account that has a laboratory role

This email/password give me access to https://business.munahealth.com As far as the role of my account, i registered it as a laboratory, with fake data, so it should be fine as well.

Also account id that you use in create data builder is an account id of patient for whom test result submitting

You have to add this in init api section:

const { data: networkDetails } = await api.getRaw('/') api.useNetworkDetails(networkDetails)
